Minimum Orders, Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations

     Minimum orders: To reduce overhead and keep our prices low for all our customers, we have a $75 minimum order policy.  We price most items at just above our cost, so orders of less than $75 are not viable.  If we receive an order for less than this amount, we will require the minimum be met before shipping....just place another order to meet the requirement. If you prefer not to do this, we can refund your order.     

    Shipping & Delivery: We ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.  We can not ship to APO, FPOs or any other country, including Canada and Mexico because most of our products are ITAR Restricted.  See “Legal Notice” section for more information.  If we have the item in stock, it will ship within 5 business days.  But please note that some items may be shipped from the factory in order to provide you with the newest possible manufacture date.  In such cases, we are dependent on the manufacturer for delivery times, with 3 weeks being typical (sometimes shipments may take 2-6 weeks due to surges in demand caused by holidays, world events, or government mass orders).  We try to keep items in stock, but we also do not want t to sell you a filter that has been sitting in a warehouse for years, as some other retailers have been known to do.  Waiting will often provide you with the newest and most up to date item available, as you will get the item as new as we do from our manufacturer.  Shipping & Handling fees include any associated PayPal or Credit Card fees (you will not be billed separately for these costs).  These fees are usually about 3% of the purchase price.  Paypal sets these rates, and customers benefit from the added security Paypal provides for all transactions.  The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered passes to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier, though we have never had any loss.  Items returned to us because the customer's address was incorrect or the customer was not available to receive the item will be reshipped for an additional reshipping fee (shipper will make at least 3 delivery attempts, and will leave notice each time). 

   Return Policy: For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on respirator, health, hygiene, food, or hydration products, including all Avon Protection Products.  Please be sure you want what you order.  This policy helps us provide our customers with the lowest prices possible.  To date, we have received zero refund requests because our customers are always so pleased with their order when it arrives!

   Cancelled Orders:  Cancelled orders for any reason will be subject to a 10% service fee with a minimum of $25.00, although exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances.  This is done to reduce the cost to our customers, as many products are custom ordered for the customer once an order is received, and we have to pay a 10% fee for cancelling ourselves.  We have only had one cancelled order in 5 years, as our customers are very knowledgeable and generally know what they want when they order.
